Multi-objective Hierarchical Optimization of Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machines Based on Rotor Surface Modification

چکیده

To solve the problem of large torque ripple interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM), rotor surface notch design method was used for V-type IPMSM. In order to accurately obtain optimal parameter values improve performance motor, this paper takes output capacity and as optimization objectives, proposes a multi-objective layered based on hierarchical combined with Taguchi response (RSM). The conclusion can be drawn by comparing electromagnetic before after optimization, proposed IPMSM not only torque, but also play an obvious inhibition effect ripple.
